Yes.We need your assistance about the period after informing his health condition to GP? Will we also be able to get his necessary medicines from National Health System-UK?
No and No. That would be discrimination which is illegal.The most important thing that i'd like to ask;Would his medical condition be a barrier to apply for Leave to Remain and then ILR in next 4 Years?Do we have the risk for deportation ?
Different country different immigration rules and requirements.Thank you very much for the information...I was always be afraid of the policy that Australia proceeds for such issues and it was keeping my mind occupied while trying to settle in the Uk
Presumably you have paid IHS when you applied for your visas?? If so, then nothing you need to pay until you apply for a visa extension. IHS is payable for every year you have a visa (non visitor) and is payable in advance for the duration of your visa, i.e. a 2 years visa will be 2 x £400 IHS, 3 year visa 3 x £400 IHS etc....My last questions;
Could you please let me know about if we need to pay national surcharges for each every year?
