Re entry visa query for minor

Hi am looking to apply for my kids re entry visa I am Irish National and my wife is on stamp 4 expiring in April 2020. If I apply on my basis how long will the kids get the re entry for 1 year or more ?? Many thanks

My daughter got it for 2 years for the first time ever, I sent the copy of the Irish citizenship certificate ( the Irish passport is not issued yet still with the passport office)
Was processed very quickly as well 3 working days.
