Ex husband using child for visa purposes

Hi i need some advice. I got married in pakistan in 2017 and my husband got his visa in june 2017 and soon as he arrived in the uk he went straight to live with his brother. I tried asking why and he would just get verbally abusive. I even went to his brother house but he was just interested in money an property he could get from me. We divorced in 2018 i went to pakistan to finalise the divorce an he tried to accuse me of kidnapping our daughter. Who he wanted me to abort. He was disgraced when he found out she was a girl. I had his visa revoked. He is now trying to get a visa through our daughter. What can i do to prevent this???

Hi. You should win the case in family court and if judge do not give him permission to see his daughter. Than he can not get Visa.

Other than via inheritance / lottery no one can get it from other in UK

You informed to HO and his visa got curtailed so your job finish about sponsorship but due to being father of British child he can get the visa.

I got awarded full custody of my daughter. Can he still apply for a parent visa? She is 16 months now he has only seen her once.

In order for a parent visa application to succeed, your ex-husband would have to submit strong evidence of regular contact with his daughter and proof that he is sharing in her upbringing.

Regarding a claim for a share of your property, it's not actually correct that no one has the right to a spouse's assets, but in your particular circumstances with a marriage where your ex-husband hasn't contributed anything and the extremely short time you were married and living together, a claim wouldn't stand up. However, you might like to seek advice from a legal advisor specialising in family law, for reassurance.

If you informed HO and his visa was cancelled, then there is nothing else you are required to do. It is now up to HO to decide his fate.
