From Tier 2 dependent to Tier 2 general not changing Employer

Post by corevalues » Thu Aug 08, 2019 4:40 pm

Does anyone know, whether I could stay on the same contract with my current Employer?
My current employer doesn't feel safe enough (as my husband has changed his job) and strongly recommended to go for Tier 2 General Visa with COS.
I would like to stay on the same contract as long as there is no reason for it's termination (or there are?) and I will lose some benefits (due to losing length of service) signing a new one from scratch.
Does anyone know whether it's possible to stay on the same employment agreement - my position, duties, compensation, etc will remail the same?

What is the SOC for the job for an RCoS once approved by ho to apply from home country and has the full and proper RLMT been done to prove you are not pre selected?

You realise your clock for ILR will reset to zero if you change to tier 2 general, assuming you are currently a tier 2 dependent visa holder.
