Response from INIS to emails

Has anyone heard anything from INIS recently?
I seem to have sent them a couple of email and it has been months and I don't seem to have received a response.
Wondering what's going on?
Are they ignoring all emails?
If so, they should at least dedicate more time on sending approvals.
Looks like the whole system is so unorganised and is becoming a joke.
Any comments?

Speculation, but I wouldn't be surprised if things are more or less on hold until new legislation. I sent in a police background check and what I got in response was another second stage letter, weirdly.

I also send emails but no response. I think they are enjoying summer holidays.

Recently got a reply from them to an email sent almost 5 weeks ago. Guess what? It was the same copy-paste response. Application continues to be processed even after 20 months of submission.

I applied for naturalization in late June, received my passports at the end of the same week without a receipt/ref number.
Wrote in to them and got an email back approx a month later telling me that my application was being processed and that they don’t need any further documents.
When I rang in this week as I still don’t have a ref number/receipt, they checked on their system and told me it hasn’t been processed yet!

This is just unbelievable how they are treating the applicants.
Really dodgy department.
No idea when this agony will be over for the applicants.

I got my passports back in May (by my own request) and I still haven't had my receipt and reference number.

It's been 5 months since they originally received my application and they haven't even managed to send me a receipt!
