Return of documents from Home Office

Hello,

Just a general question, is there some sort of delay in regards to return of documents from the Home Office for spouse visas considering visas were approved in July 2019?

Under old system UKVI used to return the documents after scanning between 1-2 months after the date of their submission.

Any idea what's the process with the new system?

I know someone who submitted docs in beginning of May 2019, visa granted in middle of July 2019 and docs returned at the end of August 2019.

Also don't forget that documents may have been delivered somewhere else. Also visit your local royal mail sorting unit.
