Visa Expire Date/Biometrics Appointment

Hi, Yesterday we went to Reading for my biometrics appointment but the system went down nationwide and we were unable to do the biometrics/fingerprints etc. Reading told us we had to rearrange our appointment which we did this morning for October 7th. I submitted my application on August 30th and my visa expires on the 24/9/19 so now my appointment is after the expiry date. Will this cause me any issues or is there no problem because I submitted my application before the visa expired? Many thanks in advance.

The date of your application is 30th August and you will be protected by section 3C when your visa expires as your application was done in-time
