Going to Europe And coming back few days before visa expire

Need some advise, if anyone can help with clear information.

My wife is on spouse visa in UK (I am british citizen).
Her first visa is expiring on 06 December 2019 and we are planning to extend it (applying FLR) before expiry through online application system.

We are planning to visit France (via Dover to Calais by Car) and back.
Intended dates are: Outbound (Dover to Calais 22 November 2019) Return (Calais to Dover 28 November 2019).

Question is simple: Is there any specific rule that can prevent her entering back when 7 to 8 days are left in visa to expire?
And they can ask us to apply Leave to Enter again (and not to apply for FLR now).

We will just be going to Europe for 6 nights.

Any other information that you think can be useful in this scenario.

She is free to travel and re-enter the UK as long as she has a valid visa.

Apply online when you return for the extension.

Many Thanks for quick response. It's just i thought that we do not end up in last minute surprise at Port of Calais (where they have UK Immigration prior to bording in Ferry with Car).
