Cohabitation letters for set(m)

I am helping friend to fill set(m) application for his wife ILR,I noticed some changes has happened since I filled my wife one(6 months ago).
I found that list of documents given at the end of the application was short then my wife one even our both cases is similar
i found there is no

both applicant and sponsor Correspondence letters covering the past 2.5 years.
Marriage certificate
Applicant Life in the UK test pass notification letter.
Applicant English Language Certificate (B1).

do I have to provide them even they are not on the application list or simply the list was changed and is not required to provide them any more?
anyone has applied recently can advise me on this?

Yes, cohabitation documentation is required for the last 2 years.
