How can I check Visa status as my BRP expired and Case is Under Process?

Hello Everyone,
I submitted my application on 20th of may 2019 and Biometric done on 4th June and 10 September by email they asked me for few payslips which were missed. Same day I email them and today is 2nd October.
I am still waiting for response.
Is it normal or shall contact HO ? If yes then how?

I applied ILR (M) 4th june ,how can I check my Visa status .?? Will anybody help me please?

This is not exactly the status of the application but you can monitor your right to work, which may get updated once your status changes.

Your BRP is not valid
This might be because it has:

expired
been reported lost or stolen
You must use your most recently issued BRP to access this service.

So my understanding is that as you have already applied and your application is in process and the decision has not yet been made which is why you are seeing this as your current leave has expired.
Unfortunately, I don't think there is any service which tells you the status of ILR application.
