MN1 Child born in the UK

Hi, child born in UK, no PR or settlement status,
both parents became British month ago... any requirements it this scenario? Thanks

When was the child born? before your ILR or after your ILR?

EU citizen, child born 2009, PR granted from 2011

I assume the OP is Polish and so they are granted PR and not ILR. ILR is granted to non-EU citizens only.

If the child was born to a settled mother or father (AFTER they became settled), then the child is British at birth. Apply for British passport.
If the child was born to non-settled parents, then the child is entitled to be registered as British. Use form MN1
