Is there a reason that you are posting in this topic given that your RCoS was already issued/granted in OCTOBER?

Hi y'all, I've personally not heard anything today. All it says in the SMS is "under review"

Hi everyone. I got rcos approved finally.
That was a quite long journey of waiting for approval. My company applied for rcos for the first time in August. Then they had to reapply for a second time somewhere mid October, and today is the day! I believe it is in SOL.
Good luck to everyone who is still waiting.
Special thanks to this forum and people who are keeping everyone else informed about their allocations.

Got my cos approved. Applied by the 5th of this month.
Role is on Shortage list and pay 70K+, so probably enough points.

Actually I was confused by mail which I got from solicitor. They have mentioned they have got approval for license for my employer so I posted last month. Then they explained and applied for November months

Hi,
Just for follow-up. My employer have done the application for the RCoS on 4th november. On 7th November the HO required additional information (job description, contract of employment, my full name, birthday and nationallity). Until today we did not receive any feedback. Must be coming soon.

Hi All,
Is there any way we can check the rcos list? Is it published somewhere?

No there is not, as that would be a GDPR data breach listing such detail.

Ok, thank you. My firm is not giving me a proper reply.
How long does it take to notify the requesting firm about rcos decision. My firm is saying that they are still recieving rcos notification? What does it mean?

Recieved my RCOS approval today. Applied originally in September, rejected in October due to insufficient evident of RMLT test. Applied again on November 4th. 23 points.

I have been told by HR that my COS is only valid from January 1st, 2020. Has anyone had this before or known why it may be the case? My start date was not set to this.

Hi guys. Is "Under Review" in the application status a normal thing to see when awaiting a decision? From the ones still waiting for their cos, do you know the application status - should it be "Pending" or "Under Review" at this stage?

I'd ask to see a copy of it - like a screenshot or something

Yes, I am going to, but it's a rather slow process to hear back from HR. I'm just wondering if anyone has ever has heard of this happening before. My HR department told me my RCOS was approved but only from 1 January 2020. I didn't know this was possible, I thought once it is approved, it is just based on your employers start date for you. If anyone knows anything, please let me know!

Hello all, my company submitted the application at the end of October, we were then asked to supply supporting documents which we also did before the end of October (before the given deadline). My application is still "Under Review" - has this happened to anyone before? Does my application then roll over into December allocation?

Hi,

Do you know by when all applications will be completed for november? I still haven't got any update from my solicitor. Meeting happened on 11th, so what is the maximum time frame, that I can expect the update?
