Hi stamp 4 eufam revoked. Because EU partner left ireland permanently. Situation is like that we are unmarried partner from last 6 years . Have a baby together who is 4 years old . My stamp 4 is over 3 years. Suddenly EU partner left from ireland. After that recently I got revocation letter. Any chances to remain in ireland on my own basis? Any law for me ?? Please

If she left before 5 years then you fail to qualify.

Where is the child, is he or she Irish, was she born after the mother has had 3 years residence in the state?

Your position is extremely weak as an unmarried partner.

Hi obie tnx. She was here 4 years. Child was born in other eu country. My stamp is almost 4 years here. Suddenly she left ireland with babe. My situation is like that now.we are not married. I heard from few people's that there is one court judgement if spouse left from ireland then I can remain here in ireland. Is that true. Can you advice me please.

I think you can qualify for zambrano law only when your Kid is in the country so far is Eu

Zambrano doesn't apply to you if the child has left Ireland with the mother.

It is also unclear if the child is even Irish, one of the requirements for the application of Zambrano principles.

I think Zambrano include all EU child not only Irish passport holder according to what I read about it .

Thanks guys. What can I do at this point if EU partner left ireland with child and put me in kind of vulnerable situation!!
