Emigration from Ireland (not to Europe)

Hello.

I'd like to hear out someone's experience about leaving Ireland forever (being a naturalized Irish citizen already). How to cut all the affairs with the Irish medical and pension funds (for ever). Did anybody here walk this road and what were the steps?
