Standard Visit visa for Parents from India to UK

Hi Forum members,
I have to apply for the standard visit visa for my parents(married) from India to UK. I just want to know whether I have to make 2 individual application or Can I apply with single application for my father & mother.

There is one section which ask for the parents details. in this case my parents' needs to fill their parents details like DOB. But since they are no more in this world. So is it really required to fill this details as they do not know the exact DOB.

Any advise in this regard.?

Hi one of my parent dont have the surname. how can i fill the application form ?

Use first name in surname section. Example first name is ABC so fill in first name as ABC and surname as ABC.
