I have recently been refunded IHS fee for my husband's application which has following time line
13th Aug submitted
20th Aug biometrics
11th nov employer/employee contacted
22nd Nov: I contacted sitel via email reply was : DECISION has been MADE
7th Dec : IHS REFUND IN ACCOUNT.
Today is 11th December and we have not recieved anything from vfs to say he should collect his passport ...refund I'm assuming it has been refused...is there any point to contact sitel on collection of passport as Islamabad vfs does not have a contact number that works
