Tier 1 ent 50k to ILR

Dear Guru's

I am filling set O there are 2 questions I am not cleared about please help me out..

1. When Did you First enter the Uk?
it says (This is the date you entered the UK when the period of stay you are basing this application on
started)
**** So Shall I put the date I entered the UK or the date I got the Tier 1 entrepreneur ??

2. Do I need to put all the absence since I entered the UK or Just need to mention the absence which are
taken during Tier1 ent visa??

1. If you got tier 1 outside the UK then you state the date you entered, as the question clearly asks. If you switched within the UK to tier 1 then you state visa issue date. Given that you have not stayed your exact Immigration history, you can decide which applies to you.

2. All absences must be mentioned for the 5 years the application is based on if you are applying on form SET O.

Dear Gurus,

I have filled set O form for myself and need to apply for my wife as PBS dependent but it does not give me option of PBS dependent application form so will I have to submit my application first and then start the new application for my wife please guide me??

Your dependents apply on their own form, tier 1 dependent, not in your SET O form because they are not applying for ILR with you

Also please ask tier 1 dependent extension questions in the tier 1 entrepreneur sub forum.

Dear Gurus,

I just found out I travelled out of uk on 10 april 2016 and came back on 30 april 2016 but Immigration officer put wrong stamp on my passport. He put 30/03/16 instead of 30/04/16.
I am bit concerned that could make case worker confused if he see all the stamps on passport.
Please guide what option should I do??
1. Just leave it like that and do not mention on cover letter.
2. Shall I mention on cover letter that this is an human error
3. Shall I not submit that passport as it is already expired and say its lost?

Please guide which option is best.. thanks

1. All Passports and BRP card
2. Consent Forms
3. Cover Letter
4. Company overview and my job description
5. CT 600
6. Current Appointment Report
7. Business Bank Account Letter
8. Employees Payslips
9. FPS
10. Employees Job description & working hours sheet.
11. Employees Passport copy.
12. Personal Payslips last 3 months
13. Personal savings statements last 3 months
14. Annual accounts
15. Life in the Uk certificate
16. Degree certificate
I am bit concerned about corporation tax document Is CT600 alone ok to fulfill that requirement?

Please guide me Is that alright or do I need to add something else..
