Proof of residence for child dependent

Post by luckycat007 » Wed Jan 22, 2020 6:19 pm

We applied for naturalisation as a family several months ago. We just got a request for proof of residency for the first year here, however our child was only 12 when we arrived. We already provided a letter from the dentist, plus our own documents as his gaurdians.

Any suggestions about different forms of proof that we can provide.

A letter from the school that your child is attending signed by the principal on headed school paper would be an idea

When you registered him with the GP, did you get any letter with "Guardians of name_of_child"? This can also help.

Child benefit letter if you claimed on arrival of your child would be another. Maybe ring the local office and see if they can send you a letter of confirmation
