Still no respone- been 9 months

Post by Mugabe123 » Mon Feb 03, 2020 8:48 am

Hi all

I submitted my application back in May 2019 and still have no response.
My lawyer advised me the Home Office are still doing checks and in partiuclar "character" checks.
I have been honest in my applciation, never had a parking ticket during my time in the UK.
Never claimed any benefits that i was not entilted to.
Can someone send some light please as to how long i should be waiting.

Hi Mugabe123, yes same situation with me and one more person in this forum waiting for decision more than 11 months on this strange checks basis. I advise you to involve your local MP and keep chasing UKVI over phone. But unfortunately these things are not much effective as I did all these in my case.

Only thing is PAP left, getting the matter ready and taking all the possible advises before I send PAP to UKVI. Thanks
