I have a tier 2 visa. Can I change to another tier 2 sponsored job without need to apply from my Home country ?

Hi,

I have a current tier 2 job in the UK.

If I find another one which will provide me a COS can I make the visa change from the UK or I need to travel and apply from my Home country?
