Automatic visa extension for Chinese visitor whose visa has expired

The government has announced that those Chinese national whose visitor leave expired between 24th January 2020 to 31st March 2020, will have their visa automatically renewed.

Those Chinese non citizen residents will also benefit from these rules, but will need to demonstrate that they are resident in China.
