Tier 2 visa curtailment-Discretionary powers

Post by pride88 » Mon Mar 02, 2020 9:00 pm

Dear All,

I am currently awaiting my curtailment letter, but I have some doubts with regard to the discretionary powers mentioned in the curtailment guidance.

1). I have a dependent child under 18 with me, Will that come under "discretion" when deciding to curtail my leave to remain?

2). If caseworkers have decided to exercise caution in this regard and "delay" sending the letter, How will it differ from the usual 60 days process and how much time do I have?

Many thanks for all your help! I humbly appreciate it!

Kindest Regards,
Pride88
