Spouse visa extension when apply

Post by spreekhan » Mon Mar 23, 2020 8:20 pm

Hi
I would like to know when I can apply spouse visa extension.
My information given below.

My spouse enter in uk 3 march 2018 with my daughter

On residence permits.
Date off issue 09/02/2018.
Expire 16/11/2020.

I would like to apply before October because NHS health surcharges will increase in October.
So if I apply 26 September 2020.

So its means my 30 months complete on 3 September 2020.
So 23 days over 30 month I can apply.

Because flrm extension visa is 30 months.
And for indefinite leave to remain.

We need 60 months.

So before expire extension visa.
7 day before I can apply visa .
So total I'm over 60 month plus 15 days extra we spend.

My second question.
In spouse extension visa FLRM

How many months job show is required.

22400 is total income is required.

Do I need to show all 12 months income

Kindly update

.

You can apply anytime after 6th august 2020.

Based on current crises due to cronovirus where even the govt is ready to help the affected workers & businesses due to loose of income/revenue in my guess the rise in IHS fee due in October might be postponed (its a guess which could be opposite).

You should have been earning the necessary income from the last 6 months under category A or 12 months for Under category B.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
