Step son appeal skeleton arguement help

Hi all, my step son was denied a settlement visa back in November so we appealed. The court date has now been postponed to a Skype call but we now have to provide an ASA with witness statements. He was denied because we failed to prove sole responsibility. Has anyone gone through this process or has an ASA they can share with me that will help me to write one?
