Anyone know how long take for a decision, please

What are you applying for??

Your previous posts forom July last year state you hold ilr and was applying for a spouse visa for your wife and son??

Keep in mind that if you get a fee waiver, your wife and son will be on a 10 year to ILR FLR(FP) route and that if your son gets ILR after his 18th birthday, he will need to meet all the requirements for British citizenship/naturalisation as an adult himself (i.e. it will not be as your dependent).
