FLR (M) VISA - Relationship Breaking down

Post by bhavesam » Mon May 25, 2020 2:05 am

Hello everybody,

I am on FLR - M from Oct2019. I am with my partner in the UK since 2009 we got married in Nov 2012.(I got 1 year gap in my stay between 2012dec-2013dec) She has always been a short tempered person, I thought it will change with time but its getting worse. I can not take abuse anymore. On top of this I suffer from Kidney Failure & i am alive on dialysis for nearly 6 years. we have a 4 year old child who is British Citizen.

She is on ILR. Last year she was treated by mental health team for psychosis & paranoia. I strongly feel that she has undiagnosed Bipolar disorder too. I do not want her to leave UK with our child.

I want to end this relationship but want to continue staying here as a parent.

Also I do not want my wife to leave UK with our child & go back to the home country permanently.

Thank you in advance.

Why didn't you apply for ilr based on your previous tier 1 entrepreneur visa in 2018?
