Still charging IHS ???

Hi

I am on a Tier 2 General since Aug 2017 ... and am switching employers so need a new visa in country...

Q1 . As I am NHS, why am I still being asked to pay for IHS ? Is there a recourse for a later refund?

Q2. I had asked for 2 years only on visa (as I complete 5 years in 2022), but on my CoS end date is 2023 .. which makes it 3 years .. can this be changed for my application as I am being asked more money for IHS ..

You will get partial unused IHS eventually.

You cannot change the duration of the visa, ask your employer to change end date in Cos.
