English language test for dependent visa extension

Hello,

I am on ILR. My wife has her ILR dependent visa due to expire in August. She needs to apply for extension.
She had qualified for the IELTS during the initial dependent visa application (April 2017). Does she need to take the test again this time for extension? Home Office had not returned the IELTS certificate after her initial visa. So we can't provide any proof of her English language qualification.

If it was higher than A1 such as A2/B1 and you have its image/copy then may upload it without redoing it as nothing is posted to anywhere in original.

Thanks, it was B1. We have a photocopy but not sure if the test is still valid as it was more than 3 years ago.

Even if expired, it can still be re used.
