FLR M - Cohabitation and Financial Requirements

Post by gumsum » Sun Jan 26, 2020 4:10 am

Hello Everyone

My wife entered UK on Nov 2017 on spouse visa. We lived in a flat till Aug 2018 then we went to home country for 4 months and left our flat. We have correspondence documents for that address from Nov 2017 till Aug 2018. We came back in December 2018 and since then we are living in a rented property and have all the correspondence documents with us but we dont have any documents to cover Aug 2018 to Dec 2018 period. Would that be a problem?
My wife visa is expiring in July 2020 but we want to apply in May 2020.
I changed my empolyer in October 2019. I am on a zero hours contract. So under which category we have to apply my wife FLRM visa? Do we have to submit 6 payslips or 12 payslips? I have been earning more than £18600 on zero hours contract. Kindly help

Regards

Documents should be ok.

You should apply from 28 days before current leaving expiring.

A2 English required for an extension.

For specified evidence required for Cat A, which you can use if, at the time of application, you have been employed for 6 or more months with the same employer and your lowest wage slip in last 6 months before application x 12 meets or exceeds the financial threshold, see:

Appendix FM 1.7 (click).

Zero hours contract means variable income (none-salaried income). If you will keep working with same employer for 6 months then can apply under category A none-salaried person route where the annualized average income is calculated by taking the average of last 6 months wages instead taking the lowest wage figure.

Seems sufficient. Use the following formula to get the annualised average income:

Total of last 6 months /6×12= £££

Thanks seagul.
We moved house 3 months ago in March and I could not change addresses on my payslips and bank statements so my old address is mentioned on payslips and bank statement. Would that be a problem that i am currently living in a different address but paylsips and bank statement are of old address? Please advice
