FLR fp applications can take many months. Highly unlikely that you will get a decision so soon.

Have you enrolled biometrics yet?

What is your UK immigration history??

Usually that route takes some time to hear decision, factor in the Covid-19 and will realise the need for patience.

There is no shortcut route to ILR. For 10 years ILR, she needs 10 years of LEGAL stay. If she does not have 10 years of legal stay, she doesn't qualify.

How does she have legal status/visa and the parents don't?

What is her FULL UK immigration/visa history?

Not sure what 'court' you are referring to. You cannot claim someone has 10 years legal stay with 10 years legal stay/visas when they do not. A court won't change that.

If you seem to know how to progress on your own and don't want advice, then I will leave you to do what you need to do.

And believe me, I am not 'worried' about your circumstances and perceived claims.

Good luck.

Nobody can provide a checklist of documents for sure but you will find it when you will complete your application.

See also Two parents.
Where a family with a child who has lived in the UK for seven years or more applies for leave to remain, applications should be “front loaded” with evidence that demonstrates the family’s residence, set out the full extent of the child’s life in and ties to the UK, the extent of the family’s integration, the impact of removal on the child, and the difficulties faced by the child if they had to start their life over in another country. The longer the child has lived in the UK, the stronger the case will be.
