VIS RENEWAL ONLINE SYSTEM TAKING TOO LONG

Hello everyone. I sent my passport and IRP card alongside the confirmation email from the online system to renew it on the 20th of July and still haven't heard anything from them. The automatic extension is over on the 8th of August and I fear losing my job if I don't get my new visa in time. Anyone's got it back yet?
