Visitor visa

Post by kilodelta » Fri Aug 14, 2020 2:55 pm

Hi all,

I have a question on a visitor visa application. I currently sponsor my wife via the FLR route, we applied for the FLR-M extension in May 2020 and are awaiting for a decision. In the mean time I wish to sponsor my Mother in law for a visit to the UK for later on during the year. Is there any problem doing this, would HO create an issue? I note that the spouse visa income threshold is £18,600 but I'm thankfully comfortably above that.

Thank you!

No, why would they. A visitor visa is a completely different set of rules and requirements and has nothing to do with FLR(M) applications.

Irrelevant to a visitor visa.
