Provide an estimate and mention in the cover letter.JohnBishop wrote: ↑Fri Sep 18, 2020 8:44 pmHi Everyone,
I hope you are doing well during these strange times.
I have a quick question regarding the UK Citizenship application and the following question in particular:
When did you first arrive in the UK?
It was almost 13 years ago. I know it was in October 2007 but I don't know the exact day.
My email account I used to book the flight is long gone.
On the other hand Border Force can provide details up to 5 years in the past.
How can I overcome this problem?
Best regards
You'd be fine. The requirement for CSI applies to people who had not acquired PR.JohnBishop wrote: ↑Thu Sep 24, 2020 4:49 pmI have a permanent residence card issued back in October 2014.
I had an unemployment period from mid April to mid July in 2016 for 3 months.

As you have proof of having acquired PR before your brief period of unemployment, the CSI requirement does not apply to you.
Very wise of you of having applied for the PR card when you did.
I actually managed to find the date of the arrival. It's worth checking archived emails.
