Job Change right after Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General Switch

Hi Everyone,

I’ ve managed to switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 general just recently without going through the cool off period since I am over 159K£ salary threshold.

My question is if I’ d like to move to another employer now do I still have to stay above this threshold or can I change jobs for less salary ?

Thanks for responding. What about the salary threshold ? Does UKVI still expect me to stay above 159.500£ ?
