Cool off period applicability if COS was issued for 1 year

Could you please kindly clarify me

I traveled to uk oct 2019 and was working until July 2020. My COS of ICT Tier 2 was valid till oct 22 2020. I have now returned to my home country on mid July 2020. So in this case, does the cool off period apply for me to further pursue any other UK work Visa in ICT or PBS starting 2021 Jan.

The great news is that you don't need to worry about a cooling off period. Just come to the UK on a skilled worker visa. The issue is that you need to get a job offer.

Thank you so much. I was just checking if my current employer itself may have an opportunity again by Jan 2021 and if that's case if cool off period may be a criteria for not considering any future opportunity. I am happy to understand based on your advice that I am eligible.

Actually your sponsor's old T2 license will now allow them to sponsor skilled worker visas, with no cooling off issues
