Filling Tier 1 application form

Hi,

The Tier 1 application form is of 65 pages. There are lots of pages I am not filling like some pages from begining, help text from end and Section 3B and 3C. Do I still need to send the full form of 65 pages?

I feel its better to send all the pages of the form even though they are not applicable for you....otherwise there might be chances of getting rejected saying incomplete/improper application....Just a suggestion decision is yours....

When I am filling up the main application form VAF9 I am having following doubt.

6.3 Have you been granted a visa for the UK in the last 10 years?

Yes I am having UK work permit visa, under this section for the reference number to be filled where I should find this number in the UK work permit visa or what exactly this number means

Please help me getting this point clarified
