PBS Dependent Visa Extension

Greetings!

I'm holding Tier2 visa and will be applying for ILR in mid-July, 2021. In the same period, the expiry date of my spouse and daughter's visa and I need to be apply for their visa extension.

My Tier2 Visa Expiry Date: September, 2021
Date of Applicable for ILR: Mid-July, 2021
Spouse Visa Expiry Date: Mid-July, 2021

Please your guidance in the queries below:

1. In order to apply PBS dependent visa, do we have to first apply my ILR thereafter needs to be apply the dependent visa extension or I can apply the dependent visa in advance period prior three months to their visa expiry ? What happen, if their visa apply in advance and how long the dependent visa duration ? Please advise the proper route.

2. As far as I know, the PBS dependent visa extension will be granted for three years. In this case, do we have to pay the IHS fee for a full 3-year period? In my spouse and daughter case, they will apply to the ILR in March, 2022.

1. You can apply at the same time.on the respective forms. Add a cover letter with dependents applications. If your ilr fails, their application will also fail.

2. You have pay 3 years IHS for each PBS dependent applicant.
