If there is a need for HO to verify your submitted income or work related evidence and you are no more there then becomes an headache for you.
Alternatively, if you hold on and start the new place and can meet up with both requirements of Cat B then win for you.

New job - same employer

Post by nollydolly » Wed Jan 13, 2021 7:10 pm

Further to my previous thread, can someone answer the following, I started working for the agency on 15th July my gross income so far is £13,000. There is a chance that work hours could be cut in the next few weeks, will that effect my application considering I have already exceeded the minimum income requirement?

We plan to submit the visa application towards end of January.

Similarly if the agency move me onto a different assignment with a different company will that count as continuous employment with 1 employer?

1. Topics Merged!!

2. Your employer is the agency who pays you, not the company where you are sent on assignment.

I assume you are in a non salaried employment? If yes you need to add all income during the last 6 months divide by 6 x 12 and despite your employer cutting some of your hours won't matter as long as the total average salary is £18,600, you should be fine.

Your main employer is your agency who sent you an assignment to another company.

Hi is the following employer letter ok?

The Home Office
26/01/2021
Dear Sir/Madam
We write to confirm that Mr xxx residing at xxx is employed by xxx and started employment with xxx on
July 15 2020 In a temporary agency work position.
Mr xxxx is an unsalaried agency worker. He is paid £10 per hour and receives a payslip
weekly. As Mr xxxx is an unsalaried agency worker I cannot tell you what his salary is
as he is able to vary the amount of hours he works and so his pay does vary.
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic I can’t stamp Mr xxx payslips as we cannot
access head office.
I can confirm that the electronic pay slips issued via email are genuine and his wages for
each week over the past six months of employment are as follows:

List of gross totals is listed

Letter is on company letter head
