Upload or submit the documents at ukvcas

Post by testinguk2010 » Wed Jan 20, 2021 11:48 pm

Dear admins,

I have a generic question please. kindly provide your updates

i have biometric appointment for my family in 1st week of feb, All the documents are uploaded in UKvcas.
1. is it better to leave the documents without SUBMIT. once my family attend the biometric , ukvcas staff will submit at the time of biometric process
4. or better to submit nowitself? (as we know upto 48 hours we can submit). but once submitted cannot be revoked or cannot add one

is any advantage if i submit? Kindly guide me the best approach?

(i heard once we submit, we will get the message with 24 hours to 48 hours form ukvcas customer service that have reviweed the submitted documents and say all ok as per guidelines.
but i have not paid any fees. its a free appointment
so still will i get my documents be reviweed if SUBMIT?

Kindly suggest me

Or normally no replies when any one ask on checklists.
Sorry if any inconvenience

I have been waiting almost a week.

Kindly assist me

Why do you need 24 months payslips? How long has both of you being employed?
My opinions should not be constituted as an immigration or legal advice.

Why dont you rely on the documents checklist that is generated at the end of the online form? Do not listen to your friend, rely on the immigration rules and refer to the checklist.

Sure cullinan, many thanks

Regarding signed forms part1 part 2 are sufficient right. I don't think part 3 required
Declaration form and part 1 I have signed where as part 2 my wife signed

Hi Admin,

Many thanks for your excellent and fabulous support

Last week exactly on Tuesday, my family attended biometric appointment in Croyodon centre for flr(m) spouse visa

We submitted the documents one week before of the appointment

We got a free standard service appointment on last week tuesday at croydon. We opted for SMS charge at the time of booking appointment £1.99.
Prior to the date of appointment one day before, we got a mail from ukvcas about the preparation of the appointment

But after the biometrics appointment, we didn't get any message or mail from ukvcas that my wife application successfully submitted to the home office.
1. does any one have clue why not received mail or text message that application submitted to home office
2. is any error from ukvcas that they didn't submit?
before submitted the caseworker asked my wife aswell all good to go for final submit. verbally the caseworker says she has submitted during the appointment.
3. Kindly clarify
4. do i need to contact using contact us page in UKVCAS website regarding whether they submitted or mistakenly forgot?

1. You don't get anything.

2. Ukcvas staff are NOT "caseworkers". Ukcvas is a third party agency run by SITEL, it is not a ukvi company.

3. Kindly clarify what?

4. Your overthinking!!

Thanks CR001 Sir

my question was is any mistake from their side they might have forgotton not to SUBMIT? Kindly let me know your view on this

becuase iam worrying i didnt get message though i opted £1.99 fee for sms alerts.
becuase earlier same scenario my son and myself got alerts and emails that application submitted
only the difference this time and that time is only paid service (£65 ) for me and my son last sept, dec,
where as my wife she took standard appointment free (£0) but £1.99 sms alerts.
