Self Assessment

Hi,

I became self employed and started a company in Aug 2020 (my first employment as I was doing my Phd earlier)- I have not filed my first self assessment yet. What should I submit in the following:

"Your most recent tax year account statement and corresponding HMRC tax return as proof of self-employment"
