IRP STAMP 4 Stamp 1G Processing time

Post by Tolstush » Fri Feb 05, 2021 9:33 pm

I find this forum very useful, just want to share my experience.

We submitted our forms for IRP renewal on 22/12/20 using online service (for Co.Dublin )
28/01/2021 received an email from INIS indicating that our application was processed.
04/02/2021 we received our cards by post.

No need to send your passport or previous Irp card to immigration office. We had positive experience, I am delighted that we managed to renew our documents online.

Good luck :)

Hi,

Can you let me know how long Stamp 4 was granted for? It used to be for two years before covid but as far as I can see from some previous posts, online applications are being granted one year and non-EU immigrants have to renew every single year

You need to start your own thread as special schemes such as 4s are completely different from standard renewals (e.g. Stamp 1G/1/4). You need to outline your own condition in your thread. When you got your last stamp. How long was it valid for. How long do you expect your new stamp to be valid for etc

As I said, you should create a new thread in future. Your topic is irrelevant to this thread, but just for your convenience, it is correct that your stamp 4 has 1 year validity.
