Main Tier 2 applicant on ILR now, what about the PBS dependent extension?

Hi Everyone,
Sorry if I started a new topic as this post is for my wife, and Tier 2 is no longer exist.
Thanks to this forum (in particular CULLINAN and ZIMBA), now I am holding an ILR visa which granted based on TIER 2 G main.

My wife’s visa (PBS dependent) is expiring soon. These are my question:
1. Which form she needs to fill and submit?
2. As there is no PBS dependent visa anymore, should she change her visa type? If so, this will reset her clock. (she only needs 1 year to reach ILR)

However, when I go to that link, for application inside the UK, they only have the link where is for extension as together (main applicant with partner) which is not the case for me.

Then it says ``If you cannot apply at the same time, your partner or child can apply to extend or switch their visas at a later date. ,, however it does not provide any link?

Also, I used the following link for the child however it is no longer exist:
