Advice needed** - Replacement BRP CARD timeline

Hi,

Am on ILR dependent visa, I lost my BRP card and applied for a replacement BRP.

I have given biometrics on 14th December 2020

As of today, I haven't yet received the BRP card (more than 50 working days).


Does anyone have a similar issue and able to make any progress? What is the next step I suppose to take?
