Another extension?

Do you folks think there is going to be another permission extension? Surely there has to be given the recent extension to the lockdown.

My sis is waiting on an application (that will involve change of stamp) that is said to come through soon enough. Should she wait as long as possible until automatic deadline ie. for that before going into Garda or just renew current stamp first by going into Garda, and then go back again in a few weeks when application is done to register new permission?

Seems like it'd be double trouble for us and for them as two distinct cards will have to be issued in a short space of time.

(Wish they would hurry up and make online renewals for all the country.)
