Hi guys , i been married since 2013 ,i have been in uk since 2017 i have pre setteld statut im divorced do i need to apply for retained right of residence? ( how to apply )
i have all document are required.
its confuse i was reading some they said i have to apply for it and some said no ...
can you help me please .

When and where were you married?

Was the decree absolute of the divorce issued after at least three years of marriage?

Did you reside in the UK as the spouse of an EEA citizen for at least one year?

i will have my decree absolut the3 of march mean after 2 days.
i been married for 8 years , we have lived in uk together for 4 years.

You apply PSS or settled . there is no separate application for ROR
UK Student Visa : 04/2004 - 09/2009
EEA Residence Card : 07/2010 - 7/2015
EU Settled Status: Confirmed on 16th July 2019
Naturalisation : Confirmed on 02nd Oct 2020
Passport Approval : 21st Feb 2021
