Tier 2 -dependent visa - Shortage Occupation List

Hi,

My job was not in the Shortage Occupation List when I got my Tier 2 visa. I'm making a dependent extension for my partner and my job is now in the Shortage Occupation List. My question is : should I select that my job is in the "Shortage Occupation List" while filling the application or not?
