Letter stating that application was submitted before the end of the transition period your application is deemed to be an application for a permanent residence document made under Regulation 12 of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) ( Citizen Rights) regulation 2020. your application was examined under the provisions of the regulations and the relevant provisions of the regulations.
To obtain the Permanent residence document of a family member of a United Kingdom National (Stamp 4)
......
My question is the people who will apply online for registration for permanent residence card should they select Stamp 4 in Question 1.18 ( Permission Type for Renewal )
what should we select in 1.19 Do any of these sub-categories apply to you?
Thanks
As far as I am aware, I have not come across option to apply online though one can only book appointment for Burg Quay office online which is closed as PR needs to obtained in person.
I just checked the online options and none of the options in 1.18 and 1.19 would apply to 'immerso' to renew online.littlerr wrote: ↑Thu May 06, 2021 6:25 pmIf you live in Dublin, and you have a GNIB/IRP card before (regardless of what the basis of the card was), use the online renewal. You will not be allowed to renew in person in Burgh Quay.
If you live in Dublin but never had a GNIB/IRP card before, you would have to wait for Burgh Quay to reopen.
obie has already replied here so I don't understand why you are still saying this.

It is crystal clear that the OP should select Withdrawal Agreement Beneficiary in question 1.18. There is no ambiguity whatsoever on this.
Also, just to stress this again, ALL non-EU nationals who had an IRP card previously and live in Dublin, REGARDLESS of how they obtained the card previously, MUST use the online renewal. There is NO option to renew in person.
Thanks immerso. Appreciate your update. Glad all got sorted swiftly. All the best!!immerso wrote: ↑Fri May 07, 2021 2:33 pmSo the update is I applied it under Withdrawal Agreement this is the only section left for British Citizens Non EU Family Members where u do not have to pay any fee I select 1.18 Withdrawal Agreement and 1.19 Family member and dependent of EU Citizens
Today I got an email that my IRP card for 10 years is approved and will be with me in 7 to 10 working days.
My passport is only valid for 4 years so I believe I will only get a stamp for 4 years.
Naturalization Application is still pending after 18 months I am not sure getting Permanent Stamp will make any good Impact on that Application.
Thanks Everyone and wish all of u Good luck
