PBS Dependent

Hello All,

My wife on PBS dependent visa tier 2 she is coming from red list country & she needs to quarantine in UK hotel my questions is she is allowed to enter in the UK as I understand she has right to reside in the UK.

she is living here in UK from 2018 on PBS visa.

I did checked on UK gov site but not very clear over there if somebody answer me with the a reference that would be great thanks in advance.

If you have been in a country or territory on the red list in the last 10 days you will only be allowed to enter the UK if you are a British or Irish National, or you have residence rights in the UK.

[People] with residence rights include: [...] holders of existing leave to enter or remain (i.e those with biometric Residence permits) or an entry clearance/visa that grants such leave e.g. students, workers, etc (excluding visit visas)...
