Switching from IGS to HSMP (Tier1)

Hello everybody i need some help regarding switching my status to HSMP.

I just visited Border and immigration website and found this calculator regarding qualify point toward the hsmp and i got 30 point against my Post graduate diploma and also my college is listed in their list.

It still confuse me , can i apply hsmp on my post graduate diploma base or do i must have to have proper degree.

till the time u get points for ur degree/pg diploma on points calculator u can use the same as evidence. also u should satisfy english req. seprately
