My husband sent everything on Jan.27, Anpost confirmed the delivery on Jan. 31st. The tracker doesnt work for him (same for me) but on the chat the info is that his documents must be on a pile, waiting to be processed. I sent all the same day and it was processed 2 weesks ago and have an estimate delivery date already.
